1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, programs, software access, consulting, coaching, and digital products provided by Trisolla LTD, including but not limited to Trisolla Consulting Services, Elite Programs, SalezFinity, SalezFinity AI, Excelify, and all related platforms (“Services”).

By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether the engagement was made via email, invoice, payment link, digital checkout, or verbally confirmed during a Google Meet call.


2. Service Overview

Trisolla provides a range of digital marketing, sales consulting, AI-powered software, coaching programs, training, system setup, and done-for-you services.
Each offering may include a combination of:

AI tools and software seats

Coaching sessions

System setup and onboarding

Funnel and website creation

Social media marketing

Freelance staff execution

Customer service and support

Consulting, strategy, and implementation

Digital content or templates

The exact scope for each client is outlined in the program, service description, proposal, or call summary provided at the time of onboarding.


3. Agreement Confirmation

All agreements for our Services are confirmed in person via a Google Meet call or through written acceptance via email, message, or payment.
During the call, it is clearly explained that all Trisolla services are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice, as outlined in this document and on our website.


4. Payment Terms

4.1. Subscription or Monthly Programs

Payments for ongoing programs, platforms, or subscription-based services are billed in advance every 30 days.

4.2. Done-For-You or Retainer Services

Retainer fees are billed monthly. Additional project-based fees may apply depending on scope.

4.3. Late Payments

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to software, tools, or ongoing work until payment is restored.


5. 30-Day Cancellation Policy (Strict)

Because Trisolla must:

pre-pay and provision software seats with third-party vendors,

allocate internal and freelance staff time in advance,

schedule resources and workflow planning,

ensure secure de-provisioning and system disconnection upon exit,

a strict 30-day cancellation notice applies to ALL services.

5.1. How Cancellation Works

Clients may request cancellation at any time.

However, cancellation only becomes effective 30 days after the notice is given.

Notices must be submitted in writing via email to:

5.2. Billing During Cancellation Window

If a client cancels 30 days or more before their next billing date, no additional payments are due.

If a client cancels within 30 days of the next payment,
→ the next payment will still be due, and
→ the cancellation becomes effective after that payment cycle.

5.3. Example

If your next payment is due on the 15th and you cancel on the 5th:
→ that payment on the 15th will still be billed.
→ service will continue until the following 30-day cycle ends.

5.4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital work, pre-allocated resources, and third-party software subscriptions:
All payments made are final and non-refundable.


6. Offboarding & Account Disconnection

Upon cancellation becoming effective:

Trisolla will remove itself from all client systems

Software seats will be de-provisioned

Access to AI tools, CRM systems, and platforms will end

Any pending tasks or open projects will be closed

Data we control (if any) will be securely removed

The client is responsible for ensuring they have exported any materials or data they wish to retain.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary accounts, passwords, or tools

Provide accurate information required for service delivery

Maintain valid payment information

Communicate openly and respond to requests within reasonable timeframes

Follow any guidelines, onboarding steps, or instructions required for successful setup

Trisolla is not liable for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide access or information.


8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, campaigns, strategies, code, AI tools, training materials, documents, and systems created by Trisolla remain Trisolla’s intellectual property.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes but may not resell, replicate, or distribute Trisolla material.


9. Data Protection & GDPR (UK & EU Compliant)

Trisolla LTD complies with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and all applicable legislation.

9.1. Data Collection

We may collect the following:

Client contact details

Business information required for service delivery

Login credentials (only when voluntarily provided)

Analytics and performance data within systems we manage

Session notes and support logs

9.2. Data Processing

We process personal data strictly for:

Service delivery

Communication

Billing

Account setup

Software access

Improvement of services

9.3. Data Security

We implement strong technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data, including:

Password protection

Encrypted storage

Access control systems

Secure offboarding procedures

9.4. Third-Party Tools

Certain programs (SalezFinity, Excelify, CRM platforms, AI tools, etc.) rely on third-party technologies.
By using our Services, clients agree that their data may be processed within those systems for the purpose of service delivery.

9.5. Client Rights

Under UK GDPR, clients retain the right to:

Request access to their data

Request deletion where applicable

Request correction of inaccurate information

Request a copy of exported data where feasible

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, including:

Business strategies

Client data

Internal systems

Project details

Login credentials

Confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of services.


11. Liability Disclaimer

Trisolla provides professional services but does not guarantee:

Specific revenue or sales outcomes

Lead volumes

Industry performance

Market results

Personal or business success

Clients are responsible for the ultimate use of strategies, systems, and tools provided.

Trisolla is not liable for:

Loss of income

Business interruption

Indirect or consequential damages

Delays caused by third-party platforms

Changes or failures in third-party software


12. Amendments

Trisolla LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled through UK legal jurisdiction.
